In addition, income before tax increased 20% to P789 million, compared to P660 million last year. Forest Lake also strengthened its financial position with net worth increasing to P2.66 billion from P1.90 billion, while cash and cash equivalents increased by 121%, providing capital and financial flexibility to support future investments.

Meanwhile, the company’s P3.55 billion in land and land development assets shows its long-term commitment to nationwide expansion and service efficiency.
