Obviously, taste in books is personal, but for anyone out there who loves a decade-long series about the struggles of female friendship, the Neapolitan novels fit the bill. You’ve probably seen this book recommended before, but I have to add my own endorsement. When I finally picked up the series earlier this summer, I found myself unable to read any more until I finished all four books – meanwhile, the friend I lent the first book to is on the same cycle (and for anyone who has read the series, yes, we’re writing a post about how much we hate Nino).
