Having already secured top spot in the Women’s T20 Blast League Two, Glamorgan Women followed up with another win against the Worcestershire side.
After winning the toss and electing to field, Glamorgan restricted the Rapids to 103-7, limiting them to singles before claiming an eight-wicket victory thanks to captain Lauren Parfitt’s superb 72 off 40 balls.
Daisy Mullan, Charlotte Lambert and Poppy Walker came into the side of Bea Ellis, Nicole Reid and Eve Jackson, who took four wickets against Middlesex.
Fifth-placed Worcestershire made one change as Dutchman Sanya Khurana replaced wicketkeeper Liv Gough, while Gwennan Davies took the gloves.

Khurana survived a shock year when Katie Cobb wasted a chance on Gemma Porter, but Glamorgan quickly strengthened its grip.
Khurana and Amy Griffiths managed the only boundaries in the opening five overs as the Rapids struggled to accelerate.
Porter made the breakthrough in the sixth over, claiming his 15th wicket of the campaign as Khurana made 14 off 18 deliveries.
Madison Windeatt added six before Bethan Gammon produced a successful run out in the seventh over.
Wickets continued to fall as Davies, fresh from an 8-boundary innings against Sussex, was caught by Cobb for a duck, before bowler Sara Phillips removed Ebony Jade-Tweats for one run at 3.

Griffiths provided the only significant resistance, making 36 from 41 balls before being bowled by Megan Sturge to remove Walker.
Lucy Harris was also dismissed by Gammon after hitting two in just 13 deliveries.
A late partnership of 32 from 32 balls between captain Clare Boycott and Meg Bishop helped Worcestershire recover to 103-7 and set Glamorgan a target of 104.
Glamorgan’s chase got off to a rough start as Daisy Jeanes, who had just made 86 against Middlesex, was bowled by Neath-born Davies shortly after getting the first boundary of the game.
And soon it was two out as Sturge bowled LBW to Griffiths, leaving Glamorgan 20-2 after three overs as Griffiths claimed two wickets in his first over.

Parfitt quickly settled any nerves, hitting three boundaries, including two in quick succession, in the fifth over.
He then launched the first six overs in the seventh to get Glamorgan past 50 and halfway to their target.
With Gammon providing continued support, Parfitt continued to dominate, reaching his half-century with his eighth boundary before opening the 12th over with three consecutive fours.
He added his 11th boundary with a shot across the back of the wicket as Glamorgan moved up to 98-2, needing just six runs.
Victory came in the 13th over when Gammon’s single sealed an eight-wicket win and Glamorgan’s seventh win in eight matches.
