Jack Osbourne is defending his decision to attend a UFC fight at the White House over the weekend, saying some of the critical comments he received “made him completely crazy and like that f—?”

The former reality star shared a video on her YouTube channel to discuss the backlash she received, and shared a few examples of comments on social media that said things like “So disappointed” and “This is so bad you can’t lie.”

“I went to a sports event. That’s it,” he clarified. “I didn’t go throw my hat in the ring for political office. I wasn’t there to endorse a politician or some kind of, you know, foreign affairs. Nothing. I went to the White House to see the UFC.”

Osbourne explained that she has been interested in combat sports throughout her life, including taking up taekwondo at the age of 6, studying Muay Thai in Thailand in her late 20s and early twenties, and practicing jiu-jitsu in her 30s. “I’ve been attending UFC and PRIDE fights since the early 2000s. It’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember,” Osbourne said.

He said that when he was invited by UFC President and CEO Dana White, “of course I would have gone. Anyone out there that would have gotten an invite would have gone. He called the backlash “ridiculous,” insisting it was “not a political event — or in my eyes it wasn’t. It was a f—ing battle in the White House. Who gives a f—?”

The 40-year-old woman said she told her wife at the event that it would be good if there were sports events at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and she also pointed out that other former presidents had held events on the White House lawn.
