Navarro took advantage of that, working with Slater at the end of the match to get one on Ali. Navarro will force Ali to get a shot at the TNA International Championship after losing to AJ Francis in the Sac Town Street Fight a few weeks ago.

Later, Elayna Black, Mara Sadé and Xia Brookside faced TNA Knockouts champion Lei Ying Lee and Knockouts tag team champions Heather in Elegance and M in Elegance.

Brookside and Lee have been at loggerheads for over a month as the former best friends split. Elegance Brand was also not willing to allow any All-Stars to do the same. IM by Elegance and Heather by Elegance controlled their team’s play for the most part, avoiding marking from Lee. Sadé felt the presence of the tag team for the most part. Heather eventually put Lee in and took over Brookside.

Mr. Elegance will eventually enter the game. Lee stumbled, and into a Brookside DDT. Brookside pinned Lee and earned himself a shot at the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

TNA announced on Thursday that Fabian Aichner has officially signed with the company after capturing Cedric Alexander’s X Division Championship against Leon Slater two weeks ago.

Aichner vowed to take down The System and proved it last week when he single-handedly wiped out the entire group. He made his in-ring debut on Thursday against Eddie Edwards.

Edwards did everything he could to keep Aichner down, including a backpack stunner and using the ropes to choke the life out of Aichner. Alisha Edwards even got her hands dirty and entered the game. Alisha Edwards was caught trying to use a kendo stick on Aichner and was ejected from the match.

The System descends to support Edward but discovers that Aichner can fly. He hit a crossbody splash on the team and a splashboard DDT. He was about to eliminate Edwards but The System interrupted the match, causing them to be eliminated.

Leon Slater goes to Ultimate X

Ultimate X is one of the most exciting matches in TNA history and will return at Slammiversary in June.

The “Impact” broadcast announced that Slater will be a part of the next Ultimate X match as Cedric Alexander puts the X Division title on the line. There are still four players yet to be announced for this game.

The Slammiversary will take place on June 28 at the Agganis Arena.

Stacks get the benefit of Santino Marella

It had been over five months since Santino Marella appeared in a TNA ring and almost a year in singles action. The Director of TNA Authority is feuding with Stacks Lorenzo, who Marella said ruined his daughter Arianna Grace.

The feud between the two came to a head in Sacramento when TNA Director of Operations Daria Rae booked Marella and Lorenzo in a match last week. And it started well for Marella. He was inflicting pain on his soon-to-be-born son-in-law.

Lorenzo taunted Marella with this match, hitting him with several knees to the gut. Marella would get back into the match and break up the cobra and it allowed Lorenzo to roll up Marella and get the quick pin for the win.

Grace added insult to injury. He tried to slap her before Marella stopped him. Lorenzo blindsided him and began his attack after the match. Indi Hartwell came down to help Marella and challenged Lorenzo and Grace to a mixed tag team match.

Rae came out and reminded Hartwell that he wasn’t making a match. However, he said he would “like” to see Lorenzo beat Marella again and booked a mixed tag team match next week.
