10 college stars earn Epson Tour status by opening LPGA LCAP Class of 2026

CARLSBAD, Calif. — For the first time, the top 10 women’s golfers have confirmed where they will play as their careers come to an end.

The Epson Tour announced Wednesday its first class of LPGA Collegiate Advancement Pathway (LCAP) graduates. The program was announced in 2025, offering college seniors, or those in their final year of eligibility, a path to the LPGA Official Qualifying Tour. The top 10 finishers at the NCAA Women’s Golf Championship earn Epson Tour status for the rest of the season and the following season, allowing first-class opportunities to play throughout 2026 and throughout 2027.

“I’m thinking about taking, you know, accepting the challenges that I know are going to come. I think there’s a little bit of uncertainty when you start a new chapter of professional golf and you’re playing on a new tour. So I think I’m comfortable with being uncomfortable and just going to play my golf game.”

“I think it means a lot because we’re taking a step forward and making the path bigger. I mean, Q School has a lot of pressure and I think focusing more on your freshman career and finishing college gives a lot of collegiate golfers an opportunity to finish college and continue to grow as a player and I think that’s what happened to me and I’m very grateful that this is happening, and it feels good.”
