Miley Cyrus celebrates her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in a bold Versace look

Miley Cyrus braved it all while celebrating a career milestone.

The 33-year-old singer and actress received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday and wore an eye-catching dress to accept the honor.

She posed for photos at the event wearing a black figure-hugging Versace dress with a halter neckline, revealing cutouts and intricate lace-like web designs that were perfectly positioned to cover certain areas of her body.

Cyrus paired the look with minimal accessories, opting for a few bracelets and a ring, wearing her blonde hair straight, and opting for a dark smoky eye look with natural lipstick.

“What feels special to me about this star is that it’s amassing dedication,” Cyrus said in his speech, according to E! News. “A star is not something you win like a season game. It’s not something you can chase or collect. It’s not something you carve up and carry around like a trophy.”

“My name is set in gold and pink terrazzo,” she added, “and it’s fierce, and it’s sweet, and it’s beautiful.”

Joining Cyrus at the Walk of Fame event were his fiancee, Maxx Morando, his mother, Tish, his sister, Brandi, designer Donatella Versace and actress Anya Taylor-Joy. Versace and Taylor-Joy spoke about honoring Cyrus during the event.

During her speech, Taylor-Joy said that Cyrus not only “exceeded all expectations” in the world but also “challenged the rules, rewrote them and, every once in a while, sewed them into a teddy bear costume.”

Koresi first gained national attention when she was cast as the lead on Disney Channel’s hit show, “Hannah Montana,” when she was 13 years old. He continued to play the character for just over four years, even touring as a fictional character.

“‘Hannah Montana’ is the beginning of everything I’ve been able to be – the person I’ve been able to be,” Cyrus said at the 2024 Disney Legend Awards Ceremony. “He’s a part of me and taught me everything I know.”

After the show ended in 2011, Cyrus began a successful music career as Miley Cyrus instead of Hannah Montana, releasing nine studio albums and winning three Grammy Awards.

Cyrus recently celebrated the show’s 20th anniversary with the “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special” on Disney Plus.
