If That 90s Show failed, not because the cast, led by Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rep, created a satisfying comeback in Point Place, Wisconsin to draw audiences.
For all their hard work, however, the sequel doesn’t hold up, creating a vague impression of the 90s rather than a well-thought-out picture of the decade.
Despite the fun moments and the talented cast, the series didn’t tie the story all the way through, making it seem disjointed and a bit simplistic.
