The Cleveland Cavaliers host the Detroit Pistons for Game 6. After going down 0-2 in the series and winning the last three games in a row, Game 6 is the elimination game. If Cleveland holds on and wins at home like they have for most of the season, they will advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. If Detroit wins on the road, it could force a Game 7.

This has become a very interesting thread. Detroit has to rely on Cade Cunningham because none of the other actors have ever ‘matched’ this series. Ausar Thompson and Tobias Harris combined for 20 points in Game 5 while Jalen Duren failed to score 12 or more points in the series.
Cleveland is a different story. If all four Cavs starters could make good plays at the same time, this would be a different series. Consistent lineup Mitchell and Harden both need to be at their best or this will be a challenging game. Harden was the hero of Game 5. However, both players had games or halves that were far below their playoff expectations.
Repetition will play an important factor. Game 5 was the only time in this series that Cleveland finished the game with a comeback. Detroit dominated the glass. If Detroit can continue to outscore Cleveland and get big defensive plays from Ausar Thompson, Detroit can make this game close.
