State and federal officials have arrested an outlaw and MS-13 gang member in an on-camera sting.
Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla, a criminal illegal alien and MS-13 gang member from Honduras, was arrested in an operation by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Highway Patrol on April 14.
In a video shared exclusively with Fox News by ICE, officers are seen arresting and arresting the Honduran national.
“Driver, get out the window now!,” the deputy could be heard yelling, as a translator repeated the commands in Spanish.

After Peralta was handcuffed, police were seen surrounding the truck he was traveling in. Authorities say they found “a small amount of drugs.”
Florida police, ICE said, also impounded Peralta’s vehicle for violations related to driving without a valid license.

Peralta-Sevilla first entered the United States illegally in July 2013. US Border Patrol agents met him in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, where he admitted to being a citizen of Honduras and admitted to being in the country illegally. A Justice Department immigration judge granted him bond, and he remained in the United States awaiting removal proceedings.

He is currently in the Palm Beach County Jail pending transfer to ICE custody for further removal proceedings.
“What happened today is just a great demonstration of our cooperation with local law enforcement, the Florida Highway Patrol, and our other federal partners,” an ICE deputy said in the video.

“We got a lead from this person here, the Honduran National. He has joined the MS-13 gang, and he is also known for being suspected of being a terrorist,” he said. “He will be transferred to the Palm Beach County Jail tonight, and we will take him into ICE custody shortly and follow up on the criminal investigation we have on this individual.”
