The AP college football Pop 25 poll for Week 10 is out. Oregon is #1 for the second week in a row. The only change to the top 5 is Miami moving up to #5 and Texas dropping to #6 after a close game with Vandy. Tennessee remains at #7 and Notre Dame moved up to #8 after hosting Navy.
