A five-year-old boy was allegedly gang-raped by two men in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur district on Thursday, September 19, police said.
This incident occurred on September 26 when the boy’s health was not good. When asked about the injuries on his body, he narrated the whole incident to his family members.
According to the complaint of the child’s family, the accused, named Arsh and Junaid, took the boy from his home and raped him while playing in a nearby farm. Two shepherds, Rizwan and Alfez, who were present at the farm took a video of the incident and distributed it on the Internet.
The defendant also beat and abused the child’s family members when he went to them to complain about the incident. They also threatened to kill the boy’s family members before fleeing the scene, the complaint said.
After receiving a complaint from the boy’s family members, a First Information Report (FIR) was filed under sections 140-4 (kidnapping), 351-2 (criminal intimidation) and 352 (assault with intent) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and sections. of the Pocso Act.
Talking about this case, the senior police officer of Hapur said that several teams have been formed to arrest the accused.
“The boy’s family has made serious allegations against four people. A case has been registered based on the complaint. Teams have been formed to arrest the suspects, they will be caught soon,” said Inspector Vijay Kumar of the Hapur police.
