Best Buy does not allow last-minute holiday sales just because Christmas Eve is here. In fact, one could argue that it’s going much harder than other stores: On top of the 48-hour Flash Sale, Dec. 23 is packed with a few Best Buy Drops of the day where the norm is just one drop per day. . Both digital gift cards (Uber and Nintendo) if you’re in a giving mood where you can’t just tell the recipient that their gift will be late.
If you haven’t taken advantage of the Best Buy Drops savings yet, you’ll want to familiarize yourself with these new year shopping hacks. The “Drops” tab in the upper right corner of the Best Buy mobile app is home to an active shopping list. to drop that week. “Drops” usually refers to price drops to low retail prices that rival (or beat) Amazon’s price history, although Drops may be special releases of previously unreleased items. Drops is known for featuring high-end products that garner search interest year-round, from Samsung TVs to Roombas to Apple products to Shark FlexStyle.

As the title says, Deductions are time limited. The tab shows a preview of which items are coming on which day that week so shoppers are ready to hit “add to cart” when each item goes live, usually at 11 am ET on its assigned day. The Drop schedule for special multi-Drop days is set a little bit, though. December 23rd saw one Drop before 11:00 (which was already over), one at 11, and a few more scheduled for unspecified times after 11 am (A countdown goes up next to each if Drop Time comes within half an hour. .)
