CCTV footage has emerged showing a manager at a correctional facility beating people who sought help.
The video, recorded at the office of the Sardar Patel De-addiction Centre, captures a heavy-set man slapping a man and beating him repeatedly with sticks while appearing to be drunk.
The incident took place at a center under the Prayas Foundation in the Bardoli area, where it was reported that the onlookers were shocked by the manager’s behavior. Allegations suggest that he has a history of assaulting those who seek treatment while under the influence of alcohol.
The photos have gone viral on social media. So far, no action has been taken.
