The offense hangs at the top of the ladder in Stage 1 of the Major Qualifiers

The Boston Breach cruised to a 3-1 win over the Carolina Royal Ravens on Saturday to stay in contention for the top spot in the Call of Duty League’s Stage 1 Major qualifiers.

Boston took Hacienda Control 3-2 and Vault Hardpoint 250-109 to break even at 1-1 and improve to 4-1, good for third in the standings behind Toronto Ultra (5-0) and the Thieves Los Angeles. (4-0).

Carolina fell to 4-1, dropping it to fifth in the standings.

In other action on Saturday, the Vancouver Surge beat the Vegas Falcons 3-1 and the Miami Heretics beat Cloud9 New York 3-2.

Vancouver followed the same winning path taken by Breach, splitting the first two maps of their meeting with the Falcons, then taking a 3-1 victory over Hacienda Control before securing a 250-171 victory over Red Card Hardpoint.

Miami had to rally from a 2-1 deficit, doing so with wins over Vault Hardpoint (250-183) and Hacienda Search & Destroy (6-4).

The qualifiers continue on Sunday with three matches:

–Los Angeles Guerrillas M8 vs. Toronto Ultra

–Los Angeles Thieves vs. OpTic Texas

–Minnesota Rokkr vs. Atlanta FaZe
