Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy called on Governor Jishnu Dev Varma at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday.
Accompanied by Minister P. Srinivasa Reddy, MPs Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, Balaram Naik, and government advisors Vem Narender Reddy, Shabbir Ali and Gutha Amit Reddy, the CM informed the Governor about the launch of home survey across Telangana.
Mr. Revanth Reddy told him about the socio-economic survey, education, employment, politics and caste, and gave details about the official procedure adopted in the survey.
He asked the Governor to bring this study to the Union government and consider it during the national population census, which will be launched in 2025. He also invited Mr. Dev Varma at his brother’s daughter’s wedding.
