The chef attracts diners from around the world with seasonal Scottish cuisine

Chef Roberta Hall McCarron has been named GQ’s Best Chef of the Year 2023 and has twice competed on the BBC’s Great Britain Menu. McCarron specializes in Scottish cooking, and our own Dana Jacobson got a taste of his signature restaurant on a recent trip to Scotland.
