“My people,” Mahomes, 29, wrote with Instagrampresenting a summary of the team with Swift, Lyndsay Bell again Ashley Avignone. Kelce was seen standing in the background of one of Brittany’s photos. That historic event marked the beginning of Swift’s romance with Kelce, who showed up at her Kansas City show wearing a friendship bracelet. He didn’t get to meet the Grammy-winning actress that night, but eventually, they connected and sparks flew in the summer of 2023. In the fall, Swift would attend Chiefs games and cheer on Kelce from the sidelines.
