There is something that is holy in the longest day of the year. Solstice in summer – a moment of clean light – reminds us to stand and drink. And to me, there is no delicious credit than a gold table full of a summer flavor. That I am organizing the al fresco and joining an external supper and my family, there is something special about respecting a strong natural burn.

To celebrate the Solstice, I always think of the color: a bright red from strawberries, deep vegetables from new herbs, as well as gold pounds from some dirty. While it is to let the era speak – no need for anything so complicated! Below are the two menus return (or draw an intention from) when the long day of the year is moving around. Happy combination between pizza and Quiche, this TYT is simple, bright, and approved. I love to sign with a glass of white wine of the crimmy and the sides of the greens.

Simple Citrus salad
Only five ingredients, this colorful plate packs a lot of vitamin C and adds sunshine, waters in rich containers.
Certified carrots with Honey-Lime Yogurt, Dates and almonds
Funny bites and smoking, these attacks make a surprisingly marginal dish. Garnish in seasonal herbs like Dill or Mint for further light.
To complete:
Strawberry cake with mascarpone creme
This simple pebble with mascarpone cream is the only dreaming of food. It is important but perfect by getting on down the evening.

Crisy Harloum salad
If the summer has a MVP, it can be this. Halloyi magic is not to melt like other cheese. Not fried or submitted when its shape is still stored. Lotture fitted with the butter and wearing a Witeriigrette, of course Chekani kisses.

Gluten useless favorite, pleasing a good crowd like the main or similar starter!

Light, refreshing, and lower remedies, this cocktail includes a crisp cucumber and bright citrus with perfect water to heal in the sun.
Starting:
Avocado Caprese salad
The cream avocado meets the mozzarella tender in a sweet salad tender as it has no power. Tuck a few ounces of Proscuetto in the salad and fun, salty perfection.

Grilled salmon with Peach Salsa
This is a simple, tasty summer meal with the grilled salmon of the chile-language, installed with a new Peach and cherry tomato salta. It is a happy degree of taste! Don’t make salmon? These letters of the chicken, which collect crowds swear.

My catch tips to go
As a mother had no two little boys, I have released the idea that our hosting should be a complete picture. These days, I am in the wrong sport, children in the grass, good nutrition (but low). The summer solstice feels the right animosity and humiliating everything – here’s how I keep things simple, meaningful and delicious:
- Nature should be décor. I will catch anything around – lavender from the yard, on a plane in a bowl, even a few twigs in the holes in the holder. It’s simple, no right, and you feel good in the summer.
- Plan around the golden hour. I try to serve the dinner as the sun begins to dip. Light dreams, children (often) calm, put the tone with a slow tournament.
- Keep it cry. I used to worry about getting all the details correctly. Now, I focus on a good company, good food, and allow everything possible.
- Add little culture. Before we can eat, please everyone to share with what’s happy with this kind or Their favorite summer format. This always brings happiness!
The beauty of the season of season
