SBI Hyderabad Circle said home and home loan disbursements in Telangana crossed the Rs 10,000 crore mark in the eight months ending November.
In the circle, covering the entire State, 14,575 home loans and 5,732 extension loans amounting to Rs 10,700 crore were approved between April and November, SBI said. The bank has 27 home loan centers across the State to process and approve home loans.
Apart from home loans, SBI has a wide range of related products such as personal loan against property (P-LAP); mortgage loans; Maxgain -Hybrid; and popular NRI home loans and the interest rates on them are competitive, Ummuthano said at the release of the three-day mega property expo SBI is organizing at Hitex from December 20.
Chief General Manager Rajesh Kumar said the home loan portfolio of SBI Hyderabad Circle stood at Rs 66,249 crore as of November 30. The bank has made various digital additions to its YONO app for the benefit of customers, including one to apply for money. home loan without visiting a bank branch. The bank also implemented loan management solutions digitizing the entire identification and underwriting process and digitizing the entire underwriting process through the new Document Management Solutions platform.
More than 50 leading builders of Hyderabad will showcase their ongoing and upcoming projects at the exhibition which will serve as a one-stop solution to access SBI’s range of residential properties and products. SBI will also offer processing fee concessions and interest rates to those who book space at the fair.
SBI is the market leader in the home loan segment in the country and its total home loan business crossed the R7.95 trillion mark on November 30.
