Remember the Titans was first released in September 2000, and quickly became a favorite for its strong storyline – and introduced a large audience to young people. Ryan Gosling.
The film is based on a true story, following Black football coach Herman Boone (Denzel Washington) as he tried to integrate a high school in Alexandria, Virginia, in 1971. Bill Yoast (Is Patton) is moved to assistant coach, like star players Gerry Bertier (Ryan Hurst) and Julius Campbell (Wood Harris) were appointed to run the team.
The inspiring story also launched the careers of many of its young actors, including Gosling, Donald Faison, Kate Bosworth again Hayden Panettiere.
“He wants to make films that teach the youth, society and people how other people feel and the right way to treat each other,” said Faison alone. Us Weekly in 2017. “He wants to do projects with topics like that.”
Faison noted that the serious subject matter was part of the equation on set, revealing that the cast has once again become a “solid team” after football camp. “It made us more like a team,” he added.
