In a new post on social media, the actress shared photos with her baby girl, which she adopted through surrogate pregnancy on September 14.
“Méi’s first month 💕,” Munn, 44, wrote on Instagram on Monday, October 14, while sitting on the couch with her little one.
The post also featured a video clip of Munn patting her baby girl’s belly as she lay in her bed. Other photos of the candidates include Méi yawning on the sofa, enjoying a hug from her father John Mulaney and lovingly watched by his big brother Malcolm, 2.
Munn’s latest Instagram post ended with a photo of her and Mulaney, 42, wearing matching bunny socks as a coffee mug appeared on the table.

Munn first announced the arrival of her daughter Méi on September 22. “I had a lot of deep feelings about not being able to carry my daughter,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “When I first met a pregnant woman, we talked to my mother. He showed me so much kindness and understanding, I knew I had found a real life angel. Words cannot express my gratitude for keeping our baby safe for 9 months and making our dreams come true.”
Munna added that he is “proud of my little plum, my little dragon for making the journey to be with us.” My heart is bursting. Méi (pronounced May) means plum in Chinese 梅💜.”

Before celebrating Méi’s first month, Munn shared a glimpse of her personal fertility journey.
Speaking to the panel during Hello Sunshine’s Shine Away event, the actress detailed her decision to freeze her eggs several times during her 30s and 40s – including a recent attempt to protect female embryos.
Although she revealed that she has breast cancer in March, Munn said at the event that she has never given up on having a girl child in her family.
“I told John, ‘I’m not going to feel good until we get two more [embryos that are girls] so i need you to be by my side and let me get through this. And I know I’m taking a risk, but I have to do this,’” Munnn explained about freezing her eggs again at age 42 during her cancer battle. “And he said, ‘I’ll support whatever you want to do.’ We got home that day and the doctor said, ‘I got the results, and it’s a dream. She has two healthy girl embryos.’ Now we have Méi.”
