The CEO of Cloud 23 showed a picture of two animals drawn on the body of Brooklyn, sharing a touching explanation on his Instagram Story on Friday, October 4.
“@brooklynpeltzbeckham found my grandpa the turtle next to naunni’s bunny,” Nicola, 29, wrote on top of the photo. Now they are together forever. it means the world to me.”
Nicola’s grandmother, known as “Naunni” passed away in May this year. Meanwhile, Nicola revealed she was “broken” after the loss as she paid tribute to her late grandmother via Instagram.

“I feel like I won’t have the right words because I can’t believe you’re gone. I pray so much that you are at peace right now,” Nicola wrote. “I still don’t understand where he went. I wanted to stay with you for a long time, I wanted to do a lot with you. I wanted to be with you all summer. I am sad that you will never meet my children, hug me, talk to me or watch any of the other films I make.”
He continued: “I am very sad and I miss you very much. I am lucky that you were my Naunni. She has raised the most perfect daughter I am lucky enough to call my mother, which is my greatest gift in life.”
Nicola and Brooklyn, 25, were first linked in October 2019 before announcing their relationship on Instagram in January 2020.
The couple got engaged less than a year into their relationship and tied the knot in a lavish, star-studded ceremony in Florida in April 2022.
Famous parents from Brooklyn, David and Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham attended the wedding. Brothers from Brooklyn, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13, were all part of the bridal party.
The passionate chef previously told Us Weekly that her father shared some wise marriage advice with her after tying the knot with Nicola.
“My father was always there [like] look, ‘Treat her like a princess all the time,’” Brooklyn said exclusively Us Weekly in September 2023.
He added that David also said to him “Just talk and have fun.” Enjoy each other and just work and do your things, guys.”
Brooklyn shared some of her words of wisdom when it comes to nurturing a happy and healthy relationship.
