Diddy’s first case filed by a male accuser stems from an alleged incident in 2008 when a group of applicants worked for Ecko Clothing. Combs was busy at the time creating a competing brand called Sean John, which led to the two men meeting. According to the plaintiff, he was in the Macy’s store in New York City that year when he ran past Combs and three companions.
The man says someone “gun-whipped” him in the back of the neck, forcing him to fall forward on his hands and knees. Things took a turn for the worse at work when Combs told her to “Suck my d***, Ecko,” and “raped her brutally, verbally.” As bad as this alleged encounter sounds, Diddy’s other lawsuits detail the jailed musician’s even more violent behavior.
