Madhya Pradesh: 3 injured in an SUV accident in Bhopal, the suspects tried to pass it by accident

Three men have been arrested for deliberately ramming their SUV into another car, causing it to overturn and injure three people in Bhopal. The defendant initially tried to pass off the incident as just an accident, but the truth came out when one of the injured gave the police full details of the incident.

The incident took place on the night of January 13, when the police were alerted to a car accident on the Bhopal-Indore highway. When they arrived at the scene, they found the car overturned on its side and badly damaged. The three men who were in the car were taken to the hospital.

At first, the police thought it was a normal road accident, but one of the victims, Kushal Srivastava, later explained that the collision was intentional.

Kushal, along with his cousins Sunny and Ankit, had stopped at a roadside restaurant. After eating, while they were talking in the parking lot, they were approached by three men in an SUV who asked them to leave.

When the men were told that the three were just talking, there was an uproar. The argument was broken up by bystanders, including the owner of the restaurant.

After that, Kushal and his cousins decided to drive, but the men in the SUV followed them. One of these men threw a stone at his car, breaking the back window, and another hit the front window with a stick, which shattered. Despite the brutality, the deceased continued to drive until they reached Bhainsakhedi area.

Meanwhile, the occupants of the SUV deliberately hit their car behind Kushal’s car, causing it to hit the divider and crash into a lamp post. The car then overturned, seriously injuring all three occupants.

After Kushal’s statement, the police started an investigation and arrested three suspects: Vishal Meena, Avinash Meena and Raju Nagar. They were arrested from Bairagarh Kala and Bakaniya village. The SUV used in the incident was seized by the police. The suspects are charged with causing harm and doing it intentionally
