The “Good as Hell” singer, 36, posted photos of herself indulging in a variety of foods via an Instagram Reel titled “What I Eat in a Day: As a Former Vegan” on Thursday, October 10.
Lizzo (real name Melissa Jefferson) showed her typical day’s meal, which includes egg white cups served with cauliflower hashbrowns and fruit, which appears to be breakfast.
Later in the video, the Grammy winner chopped off a Buffalo chicken hat, dousing it with mustard.
Another dish was grilled chicken with asparagus and carrots.
Among his drinks of the day were “lemon water” and “homemade peach tea” and a more unusual drink, Okra water.
Okra water has become a trend on TikTok recently, with fans of the soft drink believing it to be helpful for weight loss, clear skin and a more efficient digestive system.
“That bison sandwich looks amazing.” wrote one of Lizzo’s impressed fans on Instagram, with another adding, “Let’s talk about that beautiful clear skin @lizzobeeating. You look amazing! I love it!”
The document comes after Lizzo last month slammed rumors that Ozempic played a role in his decline.
“When you finally get Ozempic symptoms after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit,” he wrote sadly in a social media video on September 20.
The video showed Lizzo smiling with her mouth closed while wearing a silk dress.
He captioned it, “oZeMpIc orR cOkE?” that was called “follower”. According to a screenshot included in his upload, a social media user asked if the singer “[used] ozempic” or “[snorted] coke” in an earlier photo of Lizzo slipping into leather shorts over a Yitty bodysuit. (Yitty is a shapewear brand by Lizzo.)
This is not the first time Lizzo has talked about her daily diet on social media. In 2020, Lizzo opened up with TikTok videos about her vegan diet.
“As a new vegan, I’m excited to explore the flavors of plants and plant proteins!” Lizzo wrote one video. “Every journey is personal and worth celebrating.”
Among the foods and drinks consumed, according to TikTok clips, was a green morning smoothie made with coconut water, kale or spinach and frozen fruit.
He also introduced a new salad that contains kale, red cabbage, broccoli, ripe avocado, white onion, and carrots as ingredients.
