Smart Connect is another feature that enables users to integrate all their devices as a seamless ecosystem, which also allows users to use AI PC capabilities on a non-AI smartphone or tablet.
Meet Lenovo’s AI Now
At the event, the company also introduced “AI Now,” an AI-powered chatbot, also known as a personal AI agent, powered by a large language model that runs locally on the PC and enhanced data security. It can generate content and manage documents without relying on cloud services.
Lenovo said its AI Now is different from other AI chatbots, as it focuses on data security as all processing takes place on the device. Similarly, Lenovo has also expanded the Moto AI experience, which will include capabilities such as assist, create, and capture.
This includes a new feature called Memory Finder, a feature similar to Copilot Recall, where we take screenshots, which can be used to help users find something important on the phone, and all this processing happens locally on the device. These features are currently under beta testing and will soon be rolled out to select devices like the Razr 50 Ultra (update) soon.
