International pop star Kylie Minogue has just released Tension II, the 17th album of her career. In addition to the dizzying success he enjoys around the world, he has a special connection with India. The Grammy Award-winning singer collaborated with AR Rahman in the 2009 film, Blue, titled Akshay KumarSanjay Dutt, Katrina Kaif and Lara Dutta. The song ‘Chiggy Wiggy’ made an impact 15 years ago, and continues to be a favorite in 2024.

In an interview with The Times of India, Kylie talked about many things, including her connection to Mumbai, and the dinner invitation from Akshay Kumar. “One day I’m going to sing Chiggy Wiggy in India, that’s my job,” said Kylie when discussing a possible concert in the country.
When asked about possible collaborators in the current crop of artists, the energetic Kylie said that there are many talents she would like to work with, but she can’t name one. Leaving the gates open for this kind of exchange of ideas, Kylie made sure that there are many admirers and look up to them. In fact, he urged all musicians to remember that there is no need to try to be someone else.

Talking about his memories of working with AR Rahman and spending time in Mumbai, Kylie he said ‘storm’. From having a memorable lunch with Akshay Kumar to a dance practice with Farah Khan, Kylie said she wishes this time was longer. “Maybe Akshay will invite me to lunch again,” Kylie said.
