The Mumbai Sessions Court has rejected the bail plea of Sanjay More, the accused Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) bus driver. running over pedestrians outside Kurla railway station on December 9, eight people died and more than 40 were injured.
The detailed order issued by Justice VM Pathade was not available yet but, on reading part of the cases, the judge said the petition was dismissed.
