Kunal Kamra vs Bhavish Aggarwal: Comedian jabs Ola CEO for accepting job offer at Ola Electric

Comedian Kunal Kamra jokingly said that he has no choice but to accept Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal’s offer to “work” at the company’s service center if he commits to “four things” including completing the service in seven days and free service insurance. . This happened after a few days Kamra and Aggarwal had a heated discussion about X while the comedian pointed to a pile of Ola Electric scooters outside what appeared to be an Ola store.

During the back and forth, the CEO of Ola told Kamra to “come to the service center” if he was hurt by the situation, and said he would “pay better than your flop shows pay you” (referring to his stand-up comedy shows).

Kamra’s post on Monday was in response to Aggarwal’s “request” to serve at the service center.

“I have no choice but to accept @bhash’s offer to work with Ola. After being tagged thousands of times, however, I feel like an employee of Ola. Ola can close this partnership by committing to the action points below and I look forward to joining,” he tweeted.

“Ola Electric must stand firm in its commitment to resolve the service issue. OLA must commit to complete all repairs to the motorcycle within seven business days of requesting assistance from authorized service centers,” he said.

Kamra added that for repairs beyond seven days, “customers will first receive a temporary replacement scooter or a daily refund of Rs 500 until the repairs are completed”. “In addition, customers will earn Rs 500 per day of delay (up to Rs 50,000),” he said.

The comedian also said that each new Ola Electric motorcycle should be sold with two insurances, including motor insurance and service insurance. The insurance service should be free for customers, he added.
