There is a series to follow King of the Hill featuring an older Bobby, and the first glimpse of his older character has been released. Hulu has let in some details about Bobby’s character, letting it slip that he is a chef and that his character in the upcoming series is 21 years old. Returning Cast

Sadly, not all of the characters are original King of the Hill they will be able to participate in Bobby’s coming of age, since they are no longer with us. When Johnny Hardwick tragically died in 2023 at the age of 64, he completed the voice work of the revival before his death, and his character, Dale will at least be seen in the first season of the series. Brittany Murphy, who voiced Luanne in the original King of the Hill the series died in 2009, and it’s unclear if his character will be recast, or if he’ll be written out of the revival series.
No trailer and release date yet King of the Hill restart the series, so this is a little bit of Bobby as a successful chef all fans will get for now. So far, all we know is that the new chapter of King of the Hill will be available on Hulu sometime in early 2025.
The last episode is the first King of the Hill series that aired on May 6, 2010, on Fox, making the gap between the two episodes almost 15 years by the time the new installment is available for airing.
