Zolciak, 46, did not mince words when contacted by ua TMZ reporter at the Los Angeles International Airport on Monday, December 16. When asked to describe what he is going through in his personal life, the reality star replied: “Torture.”
“Are you suffering now?” asked the reporter.
“I have many years,” he said.
Zolciak told the media that: “I’m a normal, rational person who doesn’t see the need for this regulatory chaos. I don’t want to. I really don’t know.”
Earlier this month, Us Weekly report that police responded to a domestic violence call on November 27 at the couple’s home in Georgia.
Zolciak alleges that he and Biermann, 39, got into an argument when he went up to lower the curtains. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum said Biermann got into an argument with her and things got physical. He alleges that the former footballer pushed him off the stairs and threw him to the ground.
It is reported that Zolciak told law enforcement that he received bruises as a result of this incident. However, police said in the report that he refused to provide evidence of physical harm to first responders. Biermann said Zolciak was the one who started the argument and said he punched her in the face.
The incident allegedly took place in front of some of Zolciak and Biermann’s children. The exes share sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 11. Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.
According to the report, law enforcement could not determine who the “first victim” was and no one had been arrested.
“I think there’s a history that Kroy is a problem,” Zolciak told TMZ on Monday. “Nobody knows what I’ve been through in the last 2 and a half, 3 years of my life. I try to take the high road.”
He added, “It will take me a long time to recover from this trauma.”
Zolciak said she and Biermann “live together … He has his own house but he doesn’t live there.” Regarding their situation, he said: “I hate you.”
Us Weekly he reached a Representative Biermann for comment.
In early December, the exes’ home it was put up for public auction and dealing with foreclosure. Zolciak and Biermann, who married in November 2011, bought the mansion, located at the Manor Golf & Country Club, in 2021 for $880,000.
They have had good times and good times since the beginning and filed for divorce in May 2023. The two were guilty a brief reconciliation and they called off their split, only for Biermann to file for divorce again a few weeks later. The two were at odds over money and custody of their children from that time. In addition to their divorce drama, Zolciak and Biermann are estranged foreclosure of their houses many times.
When asked Monday if Biermann was “very controlling,” Zolciak replied, “To say the least. But it’s all good. I wish him the best. I agree.”
