Kamala Harris, the candidate for the Democratic Alliance, had to cancel her expected speech at Howard University following the negative election result. This decision was followed by a gathering of many supporters, faculty and students from the area. With the election seemingly in Donald Trump’s favor, the university’s situation soured, much to the dismay of many Democrats and the Harvard community.
