Jennifer Lopez
Courtesy of Jennifer Lopez /InstagramIs there anything? Jennifer Lopez I can’t do it? She can sing, act, dance, cook – and she does it all in six-inch heels.
After spending the night in what we can only assume was legal, Lopez returned to her home in Los Angeles on Sunday, December 8, for a comfortable late-night meal, as seen in a photo posted on her Instagram.
She literally blew the whistle in a black embellished dress and Femme LA stilettos as she made pasta with red sauce. “My favorite thing about going out is going home for midnight dinner,” she captioned it with a pasta emoji.
Lopez certainly looked like a diamond-dripping snack, including oversized earrings and a nearly blinding ring on her right hand. She was ready for the camera in a full-on look that included a smoky eye and pouty cheeks, while her hair was styled into huge barrel curls.
In another Instagram video she posted two hours ago, the “Waiting for Tonight” singer was seen strutting down the aisle in a dress, with a plunging neckline. She then turned the corner, revealing that the dress was completely backless before ending the clip with short hair and a flash of her megawatt smile, all to the tune of Brandon O’Neal’s “Believe in Yourself”.
The video received more than 150,000 likes in just 30 minutes and prompted a flurry of comments from fans praising her for giving her signature flair to the kitchen.
“We’re all EAT this Sunday 🔥❤️,” one fan wrote, while another added, “Show them how it’s done. Stop WORSHIPING! 🔥.”
Just 72 hours earlier, Lopez took home the “Maverick” award It cannot be stopped at the 2024 IndieWire Awards. Held on Thursday, December 5, in Los Angeles, the triple-threat wore a matching silver and spangly dress with gold metallic heels by Dolce & Gabbana, naturally.
As Lopez killed him Harper’s Bazaar last May, she prefers to spend less time on red carpets and more time in the kitchen: “I love to cook. My kids love to bake. I love being hosted at home [for] family and friends… I like to be with people. I don’t like going out a lot.”
Back in 2022, he spoke to him Vogue about why she loves Christmas (“Because it’s so shiny”) and that cooking is the holiday tradition she and her family look forward to the most. (Lopez shares 16-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony.)
“We cook the same food every year, which I like because I wait for that food all year,” he told the publication. “Pastels and arroz con gandules and pernil and everything, special, special.”
And judging by her latest Instagram, she doesn’t wait until then to spice things up in the kitchen.
