International Workplace Group (IWG) has expanded its footprint in Maharashtra with the opening of a new Regus flexible workplace in Nashik. The move comes as the demand for hybrid performance solutions is growing rapidly across the region.
IWG, which owns brands such as Regus and Spaces, is responding to the growing demand for flexible workspaces in Maharashtra. The new facility in Nashik, located along the Godavari River, marks a major milestone in IWG’s expansion strategy and is designed to meet the changing needs of businesses with hybrid business models, such as legal outsourcing.
The 739 sqm Regus facility will cater to a wide range of industries including automotive, metals, agritech, food processing, transportation, and bulk goods. With private offices, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and creative spaces, the center will provide customizable workspace solutions for both established companies and startups, the release said.
Harsh Lambah, India Country Manager and Vice President of Marketing at IWG, said, “Nashik has excellent connectivity to major commercial hubs such as Mumbai and Pune, while serving as an important gateway for Maharashtra’s industrial sector and its agricultural heart. Center we will provide flexible workspace solutions, including customizable office spaces and suites that can be rented on short-term or long-term contracts, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.”
The new opening follows IWG’s impressive growth in 2024, which saw the company sign 465 new locations worldwide in the first half of the year. IWG’s expansion reflects the growing trend toward hybrid work, with flexible workspaces predicted to account for 30 percent of all real estate by 2030.
