For the past few years, I’ve taken a few days at the end of December to reflect on the year, go deep, and really think about what I want for the coming year. It has been a transformative experience for me as it helps me to find out indeed with a view to next year. In 2021 I started sharing this “workbook” that I created for my personal use with you all.
