The light beats differently at the beginning of summer. In the morning you feel slightly, stretching it possible, and days carry a softness that makes everything – your thoughts, breathing, speeds – feel more broad. It’s a time that invites SLEWSS, pride, and sometimes even alone. And to me, that invitation couldn’t come at the time required.
For the first time in my life, I’m in a caring role – I support my favorite person about difficult illness. A few simple ways to wander:
- Examine the library locate and stay with what you get.
- Visit the Church Market or Flower Stand-No list, no agenda.
- Take a long way for your favorite neighbor.
- Poll on artistic gallery or museum you have never visited.
- Get inside the store you’ve ever passed but didn’t come in.
The point is not practice anything that impresses. To extract your grips with the structure and allow you to enjoy. In the meantime in this – unavoidable – usually the inspiration. Let the day surprise you.
Make Meal for a while
Eat something that sounds like your love.
When alone, the dinner can easily get up, we have the phone manually, between jobs between jobs. But one of the best-return parts of the day of the summer is doing a common thing to feel normal. Food, especially when doing, it becomes a commitment.
You don’t need to travel everything (although knowing if that brings you happiness). Perhaps a baguette and high school peaches, consumed with a blanket in the grass. Maybe it is a set of weeks, finally made with music playing and glass of cold and yummy. Maybe it’s a lunch alone in your preferred place.
Be your permission to make it good. Use your favorite plate. Determine the herbs caring. Light a candle when you feel like. The point is not perfection – there.

Wherever you eat – your balcony or in steps without pieces in your kitchen – let them feel like a little festival. You just support your body. You remind yourself that it is worth care.
Rest as a culture
Peace can be a very magical part of the day.
