This morning, I did something my perceive Better than doing it. Phone travel-free in the morning is not about being “perfect” or cutting technology to your life. It’s about restoring your energy and sets the tone of your day. Here’s what you can see when you make Shift:

- Leave your phone in another room. Even just move it to the kitchen can reduce the temptation right away.
- Set the screen restrictions. The iPhone screen settings allow you to edit the time of applications such as Instagram, texts, and email. I also “don’t interrupt” to sit on my phone until 8 am in the morning so I don’t receive notifications at this time.
- Popular practice. Part your new incoming phone with morning activities that make you feel your best coffee, listening to relaxing music, pray, to link, or get sunlight in the morning.
The actual practical process of phone
You don’t have to get up at 5 in the morning or change your life. Here is a real process to help you release easily on the day before digging your phone:
