An important change has been made in the alignment of the greenfield expressway connecting the Banke Bihari temple in Vrindavan with the Yamuna Expressway near Greater Noida. Initially, the highway was to start at 101 km on the Yamuna Expressway, but now it will start at the 102.1-km mark, making the journey to Vrindavan easier for travelers and tourists.
This direct connection between Yamuna Expressway and Vrindavan is expected to greatly improve the ease of travel. The decision was taken at a recent meeting held by the Department of Road Transport and Highways and other relevant authorities overseeing the construction and management of the Greenfield Expressway.
As part of this plan, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) will construct a 7 km long road connecting NH-44 with the Yamuna Expressway, establishing a loop connection that will benefit the devotees of Vrindavan and facilitate travel for commuters. from Faridabad.

The greenfield expressway will measure about 14 km in total, with a 7-km stretch on each side of the Yamuna. The construction funds have been released, and the roles and responsibilities for the implementation of this program were clarified. Now the project will start soon, and major improvements are expected in the travel routes in the region.
