The police have arrested four suspects, Arun V. Mohan, Tony Baby, Rins Varghese and Sajith Abraham, who are reported to be CPI(M) activists, for allegedly assaulting and abducting a woman CPI(M) councilor in Koothattukulam municipality Kala Raju.
They were among the 45 people identified who were included in the complaint list filed by Ms. Raju’s children.
