Riyazuddin A, a software engineer forced to work as a delivery agent for Swiggy, has inspired many with his heartfelt posts on LinkedIn. A resident of Tamil Nadu, Riyazuddin was slapped several times for being denied a job. In a lengthy LinkedIn post, Riyazuddin recalled the delivery ride that helped him build his resilience. “I still remember that morning ride, the blazing sun in the afternoon, the heavy rain, and those who were delivered at night. Each delivery wasn’t just about the income, it was a step forward in regaining my fitness. “Swiggy gave me a chance to stay afloat when everything else seemed to be sinking,” he wrote.
Riyazuddin revealed that he said goodbye to Swiggy after getting a new job. “Today, I am very grateful to announce that I have started a new chapter with a new company. Although I’m excited about this new beginning, I want to take a moment to say goodbye to my time with Swiggy. I owe a lot to those tough, happy memories of the streets, the customers, and the support Swiggy gave when I needed it the most,” wrote Riyazuddin.
