Everything Our Editors Loved This Month

We may receive a portion of the sale if you purchase a product through a link in this article.

April is when the world wakes up. Warmer days, longer evenings, changes in what we want to wear and how we want to spend our time—everything changes. I reach for my favorite linen pieces when I get dressed in the morning, and I make space in my calendar for activities that make me feel energized and alive.

This month’s Editors’ Choice is based on that sentiment. Pieces that ease us into warm weather dressing (spring trends here), beauty and wellness staples that support the sun-kissed glow, and home finds that make us feel like we’re letting the light in. Think of it as a bridge to summer—a simple upgrade that helps you enter the coming months feeling light, confident, and completely relaxed.

In Our Rooms

My Everyday Tee, Perfect

The fabric of this hat is next-level soft, and the fit is really good—easy, flattering, and not too tight or boxy. I’ve been wearing mine non-stop: layered under everything, working hard, even sleeping, and somehow it does it all. It’s one of those basics that you reach for every day and can’t live without. – Anna Decker, Social Media & E-Commerce Manager

A Very Chic Finishing Touch for Summer

This is one of those bags that just it does Your dress—it has that simple, French-girl charm that feels sophisticated but is still totally comfortable. The woven raffia and leather details give it a really nice texture, and it somehow works with everything from linen clothes to denim. It’s the kind of piece you’ll wear on repeat all summer long and never tire of. Camille Styles, Editor-in-Chief

In Our Homes

A Flyer That Describes My Apartment

Living in a small, open-concept apartment means I’m always looking for ways to create unique little spaces. Rugs are an easy way to do that, and this rugundy/pink wool rug accented my dining room. The color adds warmth without overwhelming the room, and the texture makes the space feel thick and purposeful. Bonus: my cats have absolutely claimed it as their favorite lounge. Dessert Plates I Can’t Wait To Display

I decided to add some charm to my kitchen this spring and I want to add a wall of plates. I fell in love with these adorable plates from Home Sweet Home’s new Rifle Paper collection, and I can’t wait to show them off! – Kristen Garaffo, Design Editor

In Our Kitchens

My Favorite Way to Make Coffee at Home

I am writing this as I enjoy a cup of coffee that I made with my green Palmpress. This thing is a game changer for me, a Coffee Lover. It’s a cross between a French press and a pour-over—a simple, effortless tool that can make anything from a single cup to an espresso. I’m not ready to invest in an espresso machine yet, so I’ll just use a Palmpress to make a shot, add some frothed milk, and it’s a cappuccino in line with my local coffee shop. I even ground the beans and put the whole thing in my bag—I just put hot water in it. – Brittany Chatburn, Marketing Director

The Protein Shortcut I’m Into Right Now

As a huge fan of Elmhurst and their line of nut milks (especially Walnut Milk, I’m obsessed), I was very excited to discover their new protein line. The ingredient list is amazing, the taste is great, and I love that they are a great grab-and-go option when I go to the gym. Also, I may have changed a few of my drinks and made protein creami ice cream with my Ninja Creami, and let’s just say: hitting my protein goals has never been easier. – Suruchi Avasthi, Food Editor & Photographer

The Supplement That Made Me Better at Drinking Water

I have always had trouble drinking enough water. Recently, I’ve gotten into the habit of supplementing my water intake with my supplement routine by adding the Imbibe Beauty Renewal supplement to my water in the morning, and I’ve noticed a huge difference. It tastes amazing (thanks to the elderberry, pomegranate, and coconut water that brings the antioxidants and subtle flavor!), so I end up drinking a lot of water. Plus, it’s great for gut health (strongly linked to glowing skin!), preventing breakouts, and keeping skin hydrated. I can really see a difference when I skip it a few days in a row. – Langa Chinyoka, Beauty Editor

My Protein Bar for Busy Days

I finally found a protein bar that checks all the boxes and tastes honestly GOOD. It packs about 15 grams of protein—including collagen!—and has no weird ingredients. I love that they are sweetened with honey (not anything artificial or chemical-y). My favorite flavor is chocolate birthday cake, but you can’t go wrong with any of these bars. They are so delicious! I always have a Star + Honey bar in my purse—either for myself or my favorite boys. – Edie Horstman, Health Editor

In Our Bathrooms

My “No Makeup” Glow Serum

I’ve been using this serum morning and night for the past few months, and it’s become one of those products I don’t want to be without. It gives my skin a quick, natural glow—the glow, the texture, that healthy, glow-from-within look. Over time, I have noticed my skin tone looking more even. On days when I skip makeup altogether, this is the product that makes me feel polished. Isabelle Eyman, Planning Specialist

My Sniff Stopper Put It Together Quickly

This salt and stone scent mist has a clean, effortless scent—a little woody, with saffron, jasmine, and cedarwood that makes it feel elevated and easy to wear every day. I get compliments all the time, and I love that it’s one of those rare fragrances that feels really evergreen. It’s versatile, polished, and the kind of finishing touch that makes you feel instantly pulled together. Tatom Hoffmann, Marketing Intern

A Self-Tanner That Actually Smells Amazing

I like fake tan, but I don’t like the smell. (IYKYK.) I decided to try Lux Unfiltered, a brand new to me that smells great, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it has absolutely no scent. I have the Rosewood fragrance, and it smells amazing. Not to mention, I get a great tan every time I use it. I can’t wait to use it this summer! – Kristen Garaffo, Design Editor

Budget-Friendly Correction of Under-Eyes

I started using RoC Derm Correxion Retinol Eye Repair Dark Circle Cream Treatment with niacinamide when my under eyes were looking especially tired, and it’s been a solid, affordable find. It’s one of those simple basics that works in the background of your routine but really makes a difference. Anna Decker, Communications and E-Commerce Manager

Hand Soap That Has Found A Place In Every Room

This might be one of my favorite purchases recently, but the amount of happiness this hand soap has created is amazing. The scent is so refreshing, and with its purifying and hydrating benefits, this soap is a staple in both my kitchen and bathroom. Suruchi Avasthi, Food Editor & Photographer

A Gentle Serum with Serious Effects

Meet my favorite skin milk. I love a milky serum for my skin—I find it shelf stable and pill less than gels—and this one delivers results for both texture and pigmentation. I’m very picky about products that claim to help clear up dark spots (most of them don’t… ), but this one has all the magic ingredients: tranexamic acid, alpha arbutin, and niacinamide. – Langa Chinyoka, Beauty Editor

In Our Ways

Sleep Improvement I’m Fully Committed To

I’m in my “sleep is the ultimate luxury” season this year—early nights, no blue light after 9, and anything that makes bedtime feel like a ritual instead of a routine. This silk sleep mask has become my favorite part of the wrap. It’s plush, cloud-soft, and really dark, which makes an amazing difference to how soundly I sleep. Also, mulberry silk feels like a little skin treatment that happens when I relax. Isabelle Eyman, Planning Specialist

What I’ve Been Reading Lately

My reading stack this month has been a mix of ambition, reflection, and a little escapism. The Bootstrap Empire by Natalie Holloway (bala founder and CEO) explores the idea of building something empty, while How to Live a Meaningful Life offers incredibly effective wisdom in designing a life that feels right. This is Tara Narula’s place Strong Healing Powers it’s a thoughtful reminder of how flexible we are, too The Found Object Society by Michelle Maryk delivers the immersive fiction I always crave at the end of the day. It’s been the kind of learning month that makes you pause and rethink what you want your life to be like. Isabelle Eyman, Planning Specialist
