Diddy was formally charged with sex trafficking, perjury and trafficking on Tuesday and was denied bail.

Agnifilo says, “They didn’t want him to surrender because if he surrenders, they can’t tell the judge that he’s a flight risk and dangerous… to surrender? So they didn’t want him to surrender.”
Diddy will appear in court again on Wednesday, September 18, and is expected to appeal the decision to refuse bail.

The music star is being held in pre-trial detention at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Diddy, 54, is being held in the “Special Housing Unit,” according to a CNN report on Tuesday.
