Congress spends most of its time arguing and every child of Haryana knows that, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday while saying that people have decided to give another chance to BJP to serve the country.
Interacting with Haryana BJP workers through the NaMo app, he discussed the work at the polling stations for the upcoming elections and encouraged them to devise a strategy for the party to win the elections.
While saying that the Congress has failed as an opposition party in the last 10 years, Prime Minister Modi said that the old party’s heyday is leading to infighting and infighting.
Every child in Haryana knows about the internal strife of the old party, said the chief minister.
Attacking the Congress, he said, “All the bases of those who are fighting us in the elections are lies. They lie many times, their statements are meaningless and hurt the spirit.”
These days, Congress speakers who used to make big claims have become weak, said PM Modi. “Some say that the Congress is getting weaker day by day. In the last 10 years, the Congress has failed like the opposition parties.”
“The party stayed away from people’s affairs for 10 years… such people will never win the trust of the people of Haryana,” he said.
Recalling that he had worked in Haryana earlier as a BJP worker, Modi said, “It is my full belief that the people of Haryana have decided to give another chance to the BJP to work.”
“They are happy that in 10 years the government has been running without corruption, this is happening for the first time in Haryana.
“The youth got jobs other than “parchi and kharchi” (cash jobs). So, the people of Haryana are with us, their blessings are with us and victory is certain,” he said.
Recalling that he had worked extensively in the party organization in Haryana in the 1990s, the chief minister told the BJP workers that it was his luck that he got an opportunity to work in the government for a long time and it was a time to learn from him.
“I remember one thing. Be it the old generation workers or the new generation, their hard work always inspires me,” said PM Modi, adding that he feels happy whenever he gets a chance to talk to grassroots workers.
He said that these days he is working hard day and night in his booth with the song ‘Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot’. There is only one secret to election strategy and that is the one who wins the polling stations, who wins the election, said Modi.
“The polling booth is our ‘mazboot chowki’,” he said, adding that a BJP worker never allows his flag to come down at the polling booth.
“In every polling station, a worker should have that pride that he will not let the BJP flag down. He will not be subordinate to anyone which means he will get more votes than before, and get more votes from BJP than before. You have to work hard for this,” he said. the prime minister told the party workers.
Haryana goes to polls on October 5 while the results will be declared on October 8. The BJP is eyeing a third consecutive term in power.
