As the Mashable team roams the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas this week, there’s one question that comes to mind every time we visit a booth or attend a demo: “That’s great, but when can I buy it?”
Most of the time, the answer is never. Most of the gadgets on display at the tech industry’s annual trade shows are concepts and prototypes that can’t be marketed. (That Wings OMNIA smart mirror for home health screenings, for example? Yes, there’s a good chance we won’t see the light of day.)
CES 2025: Mashable’s guide to what to expect
But sometimes the answer to that question is close – or even now. Below, we’ve rounded up a list of five new products from CES 2025 that consumers can buy or pre-order right away, from an AI-powered plant to a smart birdbath. We’ll be updating it throughout the week as more announcements go live, so check back often.
1. LeafyPod
Do you have small holes that act like they are under or continuously overwatered? LeafyPod is an intelligent AI-powered planter designed to tell you exactly what it needs to thrive. It includes environmental sensors that track soil moisture, light, temperature, and humidity levels, and its built-in rain-esque irrigation system can change its schedule based on the plant’s current condition. (Its companion app includes care information and watering plans for more than 100 common houseplants.) And it’s great: There are no wires, so it looks like a regular plant.

2. Lymow One
You’ve heard of the robot vacuum and the robot mop, but a new competitor is about to enter the arena: the robotic lawnmower. If you’re lucky enough to have a yard in this economy, one of your least favorite chores is probably mowing your lawn by hand. Lymow One promises to take that work off your hands by doing all the dirty work itself, using automatic boundary detection to keep your lawn looking pristine. While there isn’t an exact release date yet, you can still back the Lymow One on Kickstarter as we speak.
3. XREAL One Pro AR Glasses
Augmented reality is still in the “early adoption” phase in terms of audience and widespread service, but if you’re looking to dip your toes in anyway, XREAL’s new One Pro AR glasses seem to be the new standard. The newly developed wearable has a faster chipset with XREAL X1, as well as a larger FOV, higher brightness, and a more lightweight design compared to its predecessor. You can pre-order the XREAL One Pro AR glasses right now – they’ll cost you $599 and are expected to come out in March 2025.
4. Birdfy Bath Pro
Bird lovers, rejoice, because the Birdfy Bath Pro has arrived. A camera-equipped birdbath does a lot more than you’d expect it to: It lets you monitor your bird friends as they use your birdbath for fun. How lovely! It comes with two different lenses – a wide-angle and an auto-tracking version – and has the option of an AI analysis add-on that should detect repeat visitors and take better photos. Birdfy Bath Pro is currently available for pre-order starting at $249.99 and is expected to be released in March 2025. Ps You can get a $50 discount if you pre-order now.
5. JLab Epic Lux Lab Edition Headphones
JLab’s new pair of ANC headphones is here in the Epic Lux Lab Edition. Joining the likes of Apple AirPods and the Bose QuietComfort line, the Lab Editions include Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation, as well as Awareness mode. The headphones also feature high-fidelity 32mm dynamic drivers, local head tracking, wireless charging, and more. The JLab Epic Lux Lab Edition ANC headphones cost $199.99 and should ship in mid-February.
