Colin Cowherd he doesn’t just talk football — he chooses too.

A cow once Jason McIntyre spent part of Thursday revealing their three best bets for Week 7 of the college football season, focusing on a few Big Ten teams.

Let’s get into their analysis from “The herd.”

(All times ET)

WASHINGTON @ IOWA (noon, Saturday, FOX/FOX Sports App)

Answer from Colin: Iowa -2.5

Reply from Colin: “Iowa is the No. 1 rushing offense in the conference. They’re going to dominate time of possession. Washington is in an offensive position. They’re small, and they’ll struggle on the road.”

J-Mac’s Pick: Iowa -2.5

Answer from J-Mac: “These Big Ten teams have cross-country trips? It’s not going well for them.”

MINNESOTA @ UCLA (9 p.m., Saturday, Big Ten Network)

Answer from Colin: More than 40 points in total

Reply from Colin: “UCLA gets their quarterback back. This is a bad UCLA defense against the pass. Minnesota, playing with confidence, can run the ball, and I think in this area, they’re going to throw the ball. The Bruins are going to be a game; they “I’m going to play competitively but I think Minnesota will be able to score in this area. “

No. 4 PENN STATE @ USC (3:30 p.m., Saturday, CBS/Paramount+)

J-Mac’s Pick: USC +5

Answer from J’Mac: “I think USC can absolutely win this. This is a tough place to go for Penn State. Kitchen defensive effort from USC. You can’t lose this game.”

Colin & JMac’s Big Bets: Picking Ohio State-Oregon, Penn State-USC and mroe

No. 4 Ohio STATE @No. 3 OREGON (7:30 p.m., Saturday, NBC/Peacock)

Answer from Colin: Oregon +3

Reply from Colin: “Oregon is good at home. Their quarterback is completing 78% of his throws. The Ducks have won 34 of 35 at home. Ohio State has lost four of its last six games against 10 opponents, including the last two. Ohio State State can slow down a bit in these high-pressure games.”

J-Mac’s Pick: Ohio State -3

Answer from J’Mac: “Jeremiah Smith, this is going to be like a Randy Moss-type game for him. Everybody in the country is going to know how good this kid is. I think Ohio State wins.”
