Little is known about the unannounced Lord of the Rings movie, which does not yet have a publicly known title. One detail revealed by Phillippa Boyens is that Gandalf is involved in the story, which led to a meeting with Ian McKellen. Given the classic nature and importance of the character in the universe, it would be difficult for fans to guess that the story might be based on his involvement.
The Hunt for Gollum it’s not that mysterious, and Lord of the Rings fans know what to expect from it for the most part. That film, to be directed by its star Andy Serkis, is set during the events of the first film between Bilbo’s 111th birthday and the Hollows of Moria sequence. Gollum’s vision will be discussed, following his escape from Mordor.
