Anil Chandra Punetha takes charge as Vigilance Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh

Anil Chandra Punetha took charge as Vigilance Commissioner Andhra Pradesh from the Secretariat on Wednesday (October 30, 2024.)

A retired IAS officer of 1984 batch, Mr. Punetha has recently been appointed as Vigilance Commissioner. He has served as the Chief Secretary to the State Government, before that he was the Chief Commissioner for Land Management.

Mr. Punetha started his career as Sub-Collector of Rajampet in Kadapa district and worked in various positions in important departments. Officials and employees congratulated Mr. Puneta about his taking over.
