The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu will chair a high-level meeting on Wednesday (November 6, 2024) to provide a clear direction for the governance of the State, focusing on improved accountability, speeding up public performance, and speeding up policy implementation. . The meeting will bring together top government officials, from the Chief Secretary to high-ranking officials, aimed at improving governance under the theme “Simple Government, Effective Governance.”

Ministers, secretaries, and heads of departments will personally travel from the State secretariat, while district collectors, SPs, and other local officials will join virtually. The CM’s agenda includes setting priorities for development goals, aligning the administrative machinery to the goals of the regional government, and presenting a strategic plan titled “Ten Principles of Development.”

The meeting will emphasize prompt handling of citizen complaints, restore efficiency in all departments, and increase government accountability at all levels. Officials will discuss ways to implement the strategic objectives from the state to the village level, uniting all government departments to support the CM’s vision of a responsive and efficient governance model.
