Zoë Schiffer: It is very expensive.

Michael Calore: It is very expensive. So just get them a yearly supply. You know they will use it. And it is completely considered. It shows that you care about them, that you understand their life well enough to know them well as a person and know how to make them happy. So yes, that…

Michael Calore: If you can’t decide, I don’t know how big it is. I don’t know if they have read this book. I don’t know if they would actually use this, find something that you know they like and that you know they will use.

Zoë Schiffer: That’s good. It’s great, because it’s hard to find for yourself. I keep facing this problem because my brother and mother are both cooks. So they’ll come home, they’ll give me these really expensive, for example, Momofuku Chili Crisp, and I’m like, “Well, I’m totally addicted to that. I need it in all my meals all the time.” And then I go buy it, and I’m like, “$18 for this little …” No, I can’t.

Zoë Schiffer: You can put it on everything.
